The Full Story

Sacramento Production & Lighting was founded in 1996 by then Partners Dion Cook and Paul Bjorklund. In 1998, SPL merged with Vikon Stage Lighting owned by Kevin Arnold and Sacramento Production & Lighting was born.

Since then we have added a broad selection of staffing across the country, passionate people at the top of their game.  

We created Sacramento Production & Lighting as the umbrella under which our vast network of allied companies could operate with one common goal:

Our focus was handling audio visual logistics for our clients, with our own gear and through local vendors. In 1999, our direction solidified to owning and managing complete audio, visual, lighting, concert, destination, labor, and trade show services. By being able to supply all aspects of an event from destination management, labor, or just a single laptop. Our unique position has given us an essential perspective and quality control on exactly what our clients require to stage successful events
